Our Founder & CEO
Shinezz is a GTA-based provider of ongoing commercial cleaning services, founded by Maria Varelas. Maria brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry, along with a 20-year corporate career managing client relationships across multiple organizations. Maria was raised in a family that built and operated a separate commercial cleaning business for more than 40 years. Maria continues to lead Shinezz as a grassroots leader focused on delivering innovative, consistent, and highly effective cleaning solutions.
